While on a road trip through the pretty areas of the world one can not be on a schedual. I have been toodleing around California and doing the California Pacific Highway, where there are vast vistas to photograph after every turn in the road. Let me tell you there are a lot of turns in that road! Pretty red wood trees, sea scapes that follow you down the coast, and moody clouds that hover just out of reach. I have decided that I need to purchase a sports car in the nature of a Lotus or an Austin Martin just so that I can drive that highway properly. It would be orange and would go vroom. I would also have to find a place to store all of the wine that I would need to buy because a great way to get to that particular stretch of highway is through Napa and Sonoma. Yup! Distracted drunk driving in expensive cars. That sounds like a good idea.
